GCX forms an integral part of our customer's payment life-cycle, thus quality is of paramount importance to the company. We are committed to delivering quality products and services and dedicated to the further advancement of our process framework / Quality Management System.

GCX has an independent QA department that adhere to the highest Quality standards. These high quality standards are attained by the following:

  • Mature and documented Test Process in place.
  • QA involvement in all aspects of the product life-cycle from Requirement Capture to User Acceptance Testing.
  • Formal testing methodologies are employed to determine test coverage and test design specifications. Procedures in the BS 7925-2 Standard for Component Testing are adhered to for this.
  • Static Test Methodologies used (Reviews and Walkthroughs) to find faults earlier in the software life-cycle.
  • Test Scripting: Creation of Test Plans and Test Scripts for each release.
  • Separate testing environments are maintained for QA, Development, User Acceptance Testing and Production with strict Entry and Exit criteria for each.
