of paramount importance to the company. We are committed to delivering quality

framework / Quality Management System.
GCX has an independent QA department that adhere to the highest Quality
standards. These high quality standards are attained by the following:

Mature and documented Test Process in place.

QA involvement in all aspects of the product life-cycle from Requirement
Capture to User Acceptance Testing.

Formal testing methodologies are employed to determine test coverage and test
design specifications. Procedures in the BS 7925-2 Standard for Component
Testing are adhered to for this.

Static Test Methodologies used (Reviews and Walkthroughs) to find faults
earlier in the software life-cycle.

Test Scripting: Creation of Test Plans and Test Scripts for each release.

Separate testing environments are maintained for QA, Development, User
Acceptance Testing and Production with strict Entry and Exit criteria for each.
