THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN OUR CORPORATE HQ IN TRALEE, KERRY, IRELAND.

As a member of the operations team the successful candidate will be responsible for day to day processing activities in relation to providing DCC and Payment Services to our existing and growing client base.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

This is a key role in the company and is a major supporting role to the operational team which is responsible for the successful processing of payment transactions on a daily basis.
  • Ensure daily client processing tasks are completed correctly and timely in accordance to procedures
  • Provide on-going support to clients in relation to operational activities
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the efficiency of merchant operations
  • Liaising with clients directly mainly through email and telephone

  • High proficiency in using MS Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Have the ability to learn, understand and use software systems and tools for data processing purposes
  • Experience in financial bank / payment reconciliation would be an advantage
It is essential that the successful candidate be able to demonstrate their skills and has at least one years post graduate or industry equivalent experience in a client facing role in a Transaction Processing/Financial (ideally foreign exchange or card payment) business environment with a minimum education to certificate (Level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications) standard. Business specific training will be provided.
